Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Title Clerk.
This person will be responsible for maintaining and processing systems regarding license plates, new vehicle invoices, MSOs, and titling agency invoices.
As well as backing up the titling team as needed, and other onsite office duties as assigned by the Lead Title Clerk or another manager.
Duties:
- Daily recording of new vehicles factory invoices issued to dealer from manufacturer.
- Prepares stock cards for new and used vehicles.
- Prepare vehicle jackets for new vehicle MSOs received.
- Preparation and management of new license plate distributions.
- Reconcile and post Titling Agency invoices to accounting.
- Preparing title work for ownership transfer as assigned by Lead Title Clerk.
- Stay updated on changes in vehicle registration laws and regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Title Clerk or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of title processing procedures and vehicle registration is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers
- Ability to gather and analyze information and resolve problems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines accurately and thoroughly
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Day shift
1-hour lunch break
Monday to Friday
