As a *Realtor*, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.
You will partner with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Sociology, Human Services or related field required
* Real Estate License (Bachelors) or A+ License (Bachelor + Master) required
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or other related fields preferred
* Ability to play well in team environments
* COVID –19 Vaccination / approved exemption status
*Responsibilities: *
* Meet with clients at various times during the week or month to discuss individual cases or relevant market trends.
* Provide training to case management staff and client staff as needed to ensure adherence to program policies and procedures and to ensure the highest quality treatment for our clients.
* Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
Maintain control over who comes into the facility, how long they are here, what they see, etc.
* Assist directors of nursing and clinical staff as needed.
* Complete specific tasks given by the supervising director of nursing.
* Complete administrative tasks as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
