Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse - LPN / LVN 1 year work experience as LPN / LVN minimum requirement 1 year experience in each field of work (Medsurg, ER/ED, Critical Care, Home Health, etc) Following the State board of nursing scope of practice of which licensed.
Work under supervision of RN on duty or any advanced practice RN or Physician CPR certification required ACLS required for critical care or facility discretion CPI/Crisis prevention required for behavioral health Up to date TB skin test or acceptable alternative (t-spot, TB gold, Xray, etc) COVID vaccine required at facility discretion
