Certified Nursing Assistance - CNA 1 year work experience as CNA minimum requirement 1 year experience in each field of work Following the scope of practice of which licensed.
Work under supervision of LPN, RN on duty or any advanced practice RN or Physician CPR certification required CPI/Crisis prevention required for behavioral health Up to date TB skin test or acceptable alternative (t-spot, TB gold, Xray, etc) COVID vaccine required at facility discretion
