Office Helper with computer skills
Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person
- Assist with office management tasks such as organizing files, maintaining records, and managing office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail
-Schedule drivers trips
Skills :
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
-Calling members / answering phones / imputing information in computer
-Billing, Routing trips

* 8 hour shift
