Duties:
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on clients progress and behavior
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct behavioral observations and functional assessments
- Assist with the development of social, communication, and daily living skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred (e.
g.
, psychology, education, social work)
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
