We are looking for an LPN who can be a proactive member of his/her interdisciplinary team and deliver personal, compassionate care.
As an LPN, you will act as an active member of the interdisciplinary team conducting assessments and screenings, developing nursing impressions and recommendations, participate in team conferences, and case management.

*Requirements:*
Qualified candidates will possess an active *Louisiana LPN license*.
Candidates will be required to have (or obtain immediately after hire) a current CPR certification.
Psychiatric experience highly preferred.
