Licensed Clinical Social Worker (or) Licensed Professional Counselor

Alexandria Counseling is looking for a highly qualified *LCSW* or *LPC* to join our growing practice.
We are providing in-person therapy in Alexandria, LA, and online therapy services to clients around the state.
An ideal candidate for our practice is someone who is passionate about the power of counseling, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is capable of adapting to a wide range of client needs.
We are open to hiring for full time positions.
Our front office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm during the work week.
We are also open to candidates who would like to work in the evenings *and/or* weekends instead of a traditional 9-5 Monday-Friday schedule.

*Responsibilities:* * Maintain a caseload of 25+ clients per week (full-time) * Maintain progress notes and treatment plans in our electronic health records service in timely manner.
Communicate effectively with our front office regarding scheduling, intake processes for new clients, and the coordination of care with clients' respective primary care physicians or other relevant stakeholders.
* Willingness to serve clients in person and/or via video call (Zoom).
* Attend monthly staff meetings.
* Be a self-sufficient, motivated, and independent worker.
* Market your services and establish a relationship with referral bases.
*Background:* * Must be a (licensed) LCSW or LPC in the state of Louisiana for 2+ years.
