Initiative Implementation: Oversee the execution of the Curriculum-to-Career initiative, including the development of specific programs, workshops, and activities aimed at advancing students’ readiness for their careers.
Assessment Coordination: Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of the QEP/ Curriculum-to-Career initiative.
Collaborate with assessment teams and others to ensure data collection is consistent with the standards of SACSCOC.
Data Analysis: Analyze assessment data to assess the progress of the QEP/Curriculum-to-Career initiative and identify areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refinements to the initiative when needed.
Documentation and Compliance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing the progression, assessment outcomes, and adherence to the standards of SACSCOC.
Ensure timely submission of reports to SACSCOC and any pertinent stakeholders and accrediting entities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaboration and engagement with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to support the successful implementation of the QEP initiative.
Fiscal Oversight: Oversee the budget allocated for the QEP/Curriculum-to-Career initiative, ensuring judicious allocation of funds and compliance with established financial protocols, with oversight provided by the Chief Financial Officer.
Strategic Communication: Convey the objectives, advancements, and outcomes of the QEP/Curriculum-to-Career initiative to all key stakeholders, utilizing a range of communication methods, including but not limited to presentations, written reports, and meetings.
Sustainability: Coordinate and implement a plan for continuing and improving curriculum-to-career initiatives at LSUA to promote student retention and graduate career success.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s or master's degree in a relevant field (e.
