Van Driver-PRN

Position Summary The Van Driver safely transports patients from their home to Wound Center appointments, coordinating transportation schedules, gathering and reporting data and assisting in clinic when not transporting patients.
The Van Driver also performs equipment maintenance, restocks supplies, performs clinical record keeping and non-clinical record keeping, and performs other duties as assigned by manager.
Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required.
CPR certification required.
Must possess valid Class D driver’s license.
Must be at least age 23 (this is a requirement of our insurance carrier) with a clean DMV record.
Preferred Education and Experience Two years of experience transporting patients preferred.
Preferred age of 25 with a clean DMV record.
