We assist people who require a ride to their medical appointments, dental appointments, routine visits, dialysis appointments, and long-distance travel to specialty clinics.
We also assist members being admitted and discharged from medical facilities.
Our team strives to give our members the best service and customer experience possible.
We are committed to arriving on time and getting the member to their appointment safely.

*Compensation*
* Full time and Part time shifts available, possible over time
* Starting wage $13.

* *Minimum Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Driver
* Must possess a valid Chauffeurs License
* Pass initial Drug Test, be willing/able to submit to random drug testing
* Pass Federal Criminal Background Check
* Pass Motor Vehicle Report (No suspensions on Motor Vehicle Report for any reason other than Child Support)
* First Aid/CPR certification, Defensive Driving, Wheelchair Securement and PASS certifications a plus but not required (we will train and certify you if needed)
* Must be 21+ due to insurance regulations
* Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
* Must have a Smartphone with unlimited data plan
* Must have your own reliable transportation as the company vans must be picked up from and returned to the office each day
* Must be able to drive to destinations throughout Louisiana (ex: Shreveport, New Orleans, Lake Charles) as well as local destinations
* Must not have obligations that would interfere with your workday (Children that you must get on and off the school bus.
Family and friends that you must transport)
* Must be able to start some shifts as early as 5:00am
* Previous experience is preferred

* Must be dependable and punctual
* Know how to keep a level head in a busy environment
* Must be passionate about helping people
* Great communication skills
* A good working knowledge of the Central Louisiana area is a plus
* Safety and security minded, able to read and use GPS & other apps
* Reliable, energetic, customer service/team oriented, excellent communicator
* Able to push, and pull people in wheelchairs
* Must have previous customer service experience with a good track record of assisting customers in a thoughtful, caring and timely manner
* Must have a great work history with a track record of being a reliable responsible individual (must provide references from previous employer (s))*Role And Responsibilities*
* Non-Emergency Medical Transportation of members to and from their preschduled locations.
* Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
* Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
* Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
* Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
* Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
* Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
