Lead Toddler Teacher

Duties: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Follow all licensing regulations and maintain necessary documentation Skills: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Patience, empathy, and understanding to meet the individual needs of each child - Creativity and resourcefulness in developing engaging lesson plans and activities - Ability to manage a classroom of young children while maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere Job Type: Full-time Pay: $8.
