$300 Private room (Leesville)

The room for rent goes for $300 a month for a single.
You would share a bathroom with one other person, the kitchen, dining room, living room, 16'x32' pool, and two nice porches with 2 people.
You must pickup and clean up after yourself, and there is no alcohol, drugs, or smoking on the property.
So exceptions to that for some pool parties.
No animals allowed.
There is off road parking, in a really nice neighborhood.
Will consider two people for room.
Also quite time after 10 during the week, and 11 on weekends.
Room does have tv and wifi.
