Therapy Technician

Our work environment includes: * Modern outpatient clinic setting * On-the-job training * Safe work environment Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a timely, professional, and friendly manner - Assist therapist with patient treatment as directed - Organize, maintain, and clean patient treatment areas and equipment - Communicate patient's questions, concerns, and/or needs to the treating therapist and other clinic staff - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow - Follow office protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information Experience: - Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred - Proficiency in using office systems and software such as Clinicient, or similar platforms - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Friendly and professional demeanor Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
